Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Stress? Anxiety? Pain? Difficult Emotions?

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is an evidence based, experiential course designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at The Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School to provide tools to better manage stress, pain, and difficult emotions. Learn to actively engage in cultivating greater balance, ease & peace of mind through mindfulness meditation practices.

Spring 2024 session begins on March 27!
