Tuesday, August 27th or September 3rd from 6:00-7:30pm at the IHM Center at Marywood University

What: Eating Mindfully is an 8 week, professionally guided course by Lisa Rigau, MS, BSN, RN

Orientation: A free, mandatory orientation is available August 27th or September 3rd

Classes: Tuesdays, September 17th through November 5th. All classes are from 6:00-8:30pm.

Where: IHM Center at Marywood University, 2300 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA

Cost: $350 for an 8 week course, which includes

  • 32 hours of professionally led classes

  • Guided mindfulness meditation audio downloads

  • Course handouts

  • Mindful eating exercises, mindful movement practices & group discussion

  • Mindful Eating Scholarships available

Scholarships and a sliding scale for payment are available.
