Healthy Lifestyle Management educates and counsels adults and groups about nutrition, wellness, stress management, and movement utilizing practices of mindful eating, mindfulness meditation, yoga, exercise and proper nutrition.


Through the MBSR course I have learned things about myself and ways to practice that have helped me to better handle mental stress and physical tension. I highly recommend it.
