The Center for Mindful Eating explores ones relationship with mindfulness, food and eating. They strive to help people gain a healthy, balanced and joyful relationship with food and eating. The website has many free resources for those beginning their journey with mindful eating.

The Plantrician Project offers a large library of resources for following a plant-based diet. It also offers listings of plant-based doctors, nutritionists and more to help you begin your journey. Both Lisa and her husband Saul Rigau can be found in the practitioner listings.

 

JAYA YOGA

Jaya Yoga is a yoga studio located in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. It offers a variety of yoga classes as well as meditation, taught by Lisa.
